These terms govern the purchase and use of eSIM plans from eSIM for Trips. By purchasing a plan you agree to them. Plain-language summary: we sell connectivity products described honestly on each plan page; you use them lawfully.
What you are buying
Each plan is a prepaid connectivity product for a stated destination or region, with the data allowance, validity period and communication capabilities shown on the plan page at the time of purchase. Plans labelled DATA ONLY do not include cellular voice minutes or a phone number. Capabilities such as voice minutes and included phone numbers apply only where stated on the plan.
Voice services
Voice-enabled plans include the outgoing minutes and calling coverage stated on the plan page. Premium-rate and special-service numbers are excluded unless explicitly stated. Voice and phone-number availability vary by destination, plan and network partner.
Activation and validity
A plan activates on first connection to a supported network in the covered destination, and its validity period runs from activation. Installation requires an eSIM-compatible, carrier-unlocked device.
Acceptable use
Plans are for personal travel use. Resale, fraudulent use, or use contrary to local law or network-partner fair-use policies may result in suspension without refund.
